The bathroom was lovely, and our room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly too. The bed felt a little firm for me, though I prefer a soft mattress. Breakfast was very busy, with long queues for both the hot food and the waffle machine. The waffles were great for the kids and tasted really nice, but food and dishes regularly ran out. I don’t know whether going earlier would be quieter.

The staff were brilliant, polite and ready to help with anything. Breakfast was a great eat-all-you-want spread with something for everyone, and the rooms were decent value. It’s quiet despite being near the airport. I’ll definitely stay again.

The clean, welcoming reception and pleasant bar area made a good impression. Staff were always smiling and happy to help. There’s a 24-hour menu with a selection of food. I didn’t use it, but it was nice knowing it was there if needed. Great hotel and staff.

After a stressful day and a last-minute stay because our flight was cancelled, the staff made us feel very welcome and were incredibly helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated, with lots of open shared space for eating. Breakfast starts super early, waffles included. I was really impressed.

Even beside the airport, I slept really well, and I’d happily stay here again. The hotel was handy for my work and easy to reach from the M5. Staff were pleasant, and breakfast was included in the price. The selection was terrific, though I did miss having fried eggs, as they only had scrambled.
