Malcolm, the owner, is a top bloke and nothing was too much trouble. The cottages are clean, well maintained, nicely finished, and spacious. It’s a really nice location, and I’ll definitely come back for another stay.

We spent Easter weekend in one of the Kiddicot Farm cottages. It’s set in a peaceful rural spot with lovely grounds, and the cottage was well equipped with three large en-suite bedrooms. Malcolm was a great host. We all enjoyed the delicious local apple juice and other goodies he left for us.

Getting there along the winding farm roads was a little tricky, but the beautiful, peaceful setting made it worth the effort. The accommodation was very modern, clean, and tidy. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable, and the locally made apple juice was lovely too.

The owners have done a fantastic job with Cottage 1. The photos don’t do it justice: it’s immaculate and modern, and everything works. We stayed for seven nights over Easter, two adults and five children, and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus a washing machine and tumble dryer. Extra towels, linen, toilet roll, washing up supplies, and even washing tablets were provided, which made things easy and relaxing. The children could play wherever they liked in the large shared garden and fields. We appreciated being left to do our own thing, while knowing Christine and Malcolm were there if we needed them. They’re friendly and very helpful. The location was great, close to pubs and restaurants and a convenient base for visiting lots of South Devon. It was fantastic, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thanks for thinking of everything guests might need.

We had an amazing five days at Kiddicott and will definitely return next year. The accommodation was spotless and perfect, with plenty of countryside space for the kids to play safely. Christine was a friendly host who made us feel welcome and helped quickly when we needed something. Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton beaches are nearby too.
