Mill Farm

Mill Farm is scenic and a very good standard throughout, with an excellent location outside town but close enough to reach Exeter and places like Powderham Castle. We felt very welcome. The room was comfortable and had both a bath and a shower, so it was nice to have the choice, as well as the usual tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was tasty, though I did miss having sausages in the full English, and my partner felt the same. We could have more toast, tea, coffee, or orange juice whenever we wanted. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The farm surroundings were quiet and peaceful, and the whole house and rooms were spotlessly clean. Our room was large and had all the amenities. Breakfast was fantastic, with very good quality produce throughout. The service was excellent, helpful without being in your face. We really enjoyed our couple of days here, would happily stay again, and highly recommend it.

Delia is a thoughtful, considerate hostess who goes out of her way to make breakfast a tasty start to the day. We were greeted with refreshments, and the rooms were super clean. The farmhouse sits a few miles outside Exeter, with fabulous views over rolling countryside, and the hosts are friendly. Why stay in a hotel or AirBnB when Mill Farm is much, MUCH nicer? What more could you ask for?

Delia was charming and friendly, and made me feel very welcome while I was travelling alone to visit relatives and friends. Breakfast was delicious and kept me going all day. The guest house has a peaceful location that’s handy for much of Devon, including Exmouth, Lympstone, and Dartmoor. Kenton village is a three-minute drive away and utterly charming. I had a lovely three-night stay in a cosy, comfortable room. Highly recommended.
