There was a fantastic range of choices on the breakfast menu, with something for everyone. Simon and Maria were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, and my room was bright, clean and had everything I needed. I'd highly recommend Birklands guest house paignton.

We've stayed at Birklands for the second year now, and Maria and Simon made us feel so welcome again. The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was superb. They did so much to make our stay extra special. Thank you both.

Simon and Maria are lovely, welcoming people. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and there was a great choice at breakfast. I'd definitely recommend staying here, with the beach and town centre both an easy walk away.

The owners were wonderfully friendly, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was to die for. This is the only B&B I've stayed at that serves omelettes, and I'd recommend it.

A lovely place to unwind and spend family time. The room was clean, with a lovely shower, and breakfast in the morning was great. It's also close to the seafront and the Pier.
