Thanks so much for having us, Juliet. The house had a lovely, relaxing feel, and everything had been thoughtfully set up. We really appreciated how comfortable and cared for we felt throughout our stay. It was like a home away from home. We'd happily come back and hope to see you again!

Apartment 3 was just right for us, a spotless, peaceful and comfortable one-bedroom place on the first floor, furnished to a very high standard. It felt safe, and had everything we needed. Juliet checked that we'd understood the self check-in before we arrived, then happened to be there soon after to make sure we were all set. Parking round the back was easy, and we mostly got around on foot. We booked SilverSprings direct after spotting it on Booking.com, and got a much better deal. We came relatively last minute for 4 nights, wanting to be close to the university and town centre. I understand the apartments are often fully booked, which doesn't surprise me. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, orange juice and biscuits were ready for us after the long journey. We'd happily book again. Thanks to Juliet and the rest of the SIlverSprings Team.

I've stayed at Silver Springs twice now, once for three nights in February and once for several weeks on business in Exeter, and both visits worked brilliantly. On this latest stay, I was welcomed back like an old friend. Juliet couldn't have been more helpful, and everything I could need was already there. The place was immaculate, comfortable, peaceful, and felt safe and secure. Check-in and checkout were a doddle. Silver Springs is tucked away on a quiet, attractive residential street, though the shops and cafes are just moments away and most attractions are an easy walk. Parking was easy too. Inside, the shower had great pressure, and the heating was simple to control and quick to respond. It was freezing outside, but I was lovely and warm indoors. I like a window open at night, and still slept snug in bed. It was so quiet that I barely heard anything, just gentle birdsong at sunrise, which I found soothing. I left relaxed and refreshed. I can't recommend it enough, and wouldn't change a thing. It's like home from home, but better!

We were lucky to get the dates we wanted, as this apartment is usually fully booked. It's a very comfortable first-floor, one-bedroom place, with a fully fitted kitchen and all appliances. There's a comfortable sitting area, dining table, and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space in the bedroom. We'll definitely try to book it again on our next visit to Exeter.

Juliet sent loads of useful local information as soon as we booked, and check-in was easy. The apartment feels like a home, furnished by someone with excellent taste. The chocolate biscuits, milk AND bottle of Prosecco were a nice touch. Perfectly placed between the two Exeter stations, it's also an easy walk to the city centre and quayside. For a weekend break, the value is hard to beat. Probably the best short-term apartment we've ever rented. Highly recommended!
