We spent a week in Exeter while dropping our daughter off at university, and it was our first time in the city. The house was lovely, had everything we needed, and was within walking distance of the centre. Parking was a real bonus. Chris was a pleasure to deal with, both when booking and during our stay. He even stopped by midweek to check that all was well and hand-delivered Prosecco, coffee, and cookies. We’ll definitely stay again!

I spent a great two and a half weeks here in summer. It’s right in the heart of Exeter, and having parking out front was a bonus. Service was prompt, and someone was readily available for any questions.

We didn’t end up staying at this accommodation, but Chris, the owner, was extremely understanding and helpful about why we needed to cancel. He went above and beyond by helping us look for somewhere else to stay. I can only imagine he’d be just as helpful as a host.
