The Swallows Guest House

The private lounge off our room was an unexpected bonus, and free parking was especially welcome in a busy seaside resort. Ian and Tracy were friendly hosts, with a fantastic breakfast selection. They also left us a birthday card and treats, which we really appreciated. We'd definitely stay again.

Breakfast was so filling that we didn't need to eat again until supper, and Tracey cooked and presented it beautifully. The house itself is gorgeous, full of eclectic artwork, and decorated and furnished with real care. Ian and Tracey made our three-night stay so comfortable, and Ian was very helpful with suggestions for places to eat and visit. Our bedroom and bathroom had everything we needed and more, with quality fittings and spotless cleanliness. The tea tray was packed with drinks and biscuits. If you're visiting Exmouth, this is an absolute gem of a place to stay. We had a brilliant time and highly recommend it. Thank you, Tracey and Ian.

We enjoyed a freshly prepared full English breakfast of superb quality, with fresh fruit and cereals to choose from as well. There was also fresh water and snacks every day, plus free parking. The Swallows is an ideal place to stay for a short visit or a longer break in Exmouth. It's centrally located, just a few minutes' walk from both the beach and town centre. Our room was large, clean, and nicely decorated, and the hosts were caring and attentive. We'll definitely be back.
