Flo's Cottage is small, but works fine for two if you're comfortable with the narrow stairs up to the bedroom and bathroom. There's no washing machine, though a launderette is less than half a mile away. Only two bath towels were provided, so bringing a couple of your own could save extra trips there. You can't park outside, but permit parking is 100 yards down the road, and the permit is available when you arrive. The owner was very helpful and gave clear, accurate information. The cottage is ideally located near the castle and cathedral. We visit Lincoln regularly and will definitely stay at Flo's Cottage again.
