We had a great week here. The flat was spotless when we arrived, and the hosts answered questions quickly. It’s just around the corner from Falmouth town centre, with coastal walking routes easy to reach. Inside, there’s a big living room with really comfortable sofas, lots of daylight, and two balconies that were lovely for sitting out with a glass of wine. The kitchen facilities were top quality, and the whole place made a brilliant base in Cornwall.

We paid some time ago and were told the keys would be brought to the property. Nobody came, sent instructions, or answered the phone. With nowhere else to go, we spent the night outside in the cold, scared and freezing. Now they’re refusing to refund us. This could be a scam. Avoid it at all costs.
