Bosanneth

We were warmly welcomed and had a lovely room with a balcony and an extremely comfortable bed. A fantastic stay at Bossaneth. I’d certainly come back 😊

A handy place to stay for a few days in Falmouth. Our room was very comfortable and had a beautiful view of gylly. Breakfast offered a good range of choices, and parking was convenient too.

The rooms, lounge and breakfast areas were all very nice, and the owner was pleasant. The car park is there, but getting in and out of the spaces is really difficult. Some guests said they parked elsewhere because of it. The beach is nearby, but the main part of Falmouth is a long way off. It’s not “a few minutes from Maritime Museum”; it takes about 15 minutes to walk, and the return trip is up a long hill. We found getting back into town a struggle because of that. The owner didn’t live on site and was away for part of our stay. Some guests had to let themselves in with a key safe when they arrived. If we’d wanted service that impersonal, we would have booked an airbnb. We were told to phone if we needed anything, but when seagulls covered our car with mess, we needed a bucket and didn’t feel that was important enough to call about.

We stayed in the Garden room, with its huge bed and lovely window seat. Breakfast in the dining room was excellent, and the service was impeccable. There’s even an 'honestly bar'. Gylly beach is only a minute away on foot, with incredible terrace views. One of the best places we’ve stayed.
