Kathy and Asten were incredibly helpful when I made a mistake with my booking. They sorted it out with real kindness and professionalism, and I especially appreciated the call back. The communication was excellent from the first email through the phone calls. I've dealt with plenty of hotels over the years, and this is one of the best first impressions I've had. Thanks again to you both, we're really looking forward to staying!

We had a couple of nights in one of the spa lodges at St Michael’s Resort, and the lodge was great. What stood out most was how attentive and friendly every staff member was; they really seemed to care about making our stay special. Dave deserves a special mention. His service, upbeat attitude and great vibes made a real difference, and he's a credit to the team. The other bar staff were fantastic too, keeping things fun and relaxed while staying professional and efficient.

We're touring from Canada and currently staying at St. Michael's Hotel & Resort. Dave, the Food and Beverage Manager, has been outstanding. He went out of his way to fit in a last-minute dinner reservation at Brasserie on the Bay, then served us personally in The Locker. He's positive and engaging, and a great example of English hospitality. We felt so welcome and looked after. It's been a fantastic stay in Falmouth!

The rooms, food and staff are all lovely. Breakfast is made to order, including the hot food, and there are two dinner options at different price points. We enjoyed both, especially since Falmouth high street was just a 15-20 minute walk away. It let us explore without ending each day completely exhausted. I'd highly recommend this for anyone after a little bit of luxury in Falmouth.

The spa staff are amazing and so attentive. I've had my last few facials with Amelia, and I can't recommend her enough. She keeps me comfortable and relaxed throughout, and I leave feeling great every time. My skin has made such a difference, and she really knows her products and how to use them. The service is just perfect.
