We enjoyed the spa visit, though our travel timings meant we felt a bit rushed. The treatment choices were a pedicure, manicure, back massage, facial or head massage, and the ladies were caring and very professional. We had two hours to use the steam room, sauna and pool with water jets, as well as the heated loungers. The bar food was tasty and nicely presented. The mixology class was run really well, but some cocktails couldn’t be made because key ingredients weren’t available. Cranberry juice was in most of ours, and unfortunately there wasn’t a substitute. We’re looking forward to coming back with more time.

The grounds at Frensham Pond Hotel are beautiful and picturesque. I had a wonderfully relaxing spa day followed by afternoon tea, with a warm welcome and attentive staff throughout. The tea was delicious, and Jo worked wonders with her hands during my deep tissue massage. It was just what I needed. Thank you!

I enjoyed my 10 days here. The room was nice, and the food was good and nicely presented. Akash really stood out among the staff, with great service and support throughout my stay. What would stop me booking again is having to pay extra to use the pool and spa. I’ve never had to pay for pool or spa access as a hotel guest elsewhere. The pool is small, really more of a whirlpool, and I was very disappointed about this.

My husband gave me a spa experience at The Spa at Frensham Pond hotel. Jo looked after me and was excellent with both the massage and facial. She could tell where I had knots in my shoulder and back. I came away feeling completely relaxed and refreshed, and I’d definitely recommend the place.
