The room was made so welcoming, with thoughtful little surprises, including some really tasty treats. Natasha and Chanell made the ‘Gallantynes’ brush party such a fun evening, and you could tell Natasha had put real care and creativity into all the details. Nothing felt like too much trouble. I'll definitely come back and tell my friends to go too. Thanks, ladies, for a lovely time 🥰💐

The hotel was quiet and pleasant, set back from the main road. We came for a wedding and stayed two nights. Breakfast was good, and the drinks loyalty card gives a discount. It may be worth checking websites first, then calling the hotel with the price you found and asking if they can do better. I was surprised by the difference.

We couldn't have picked a better place for a Celebration of Life. Natasha, the Events Manager, and the rest of the staff made everyone feel cared for and welcome. Several guests commented on how lovely the atmosphere was, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all.

We held my father in law Bill Harris's wake here last Friday, 5 December 2025. The team were very accommodating about the food for guests with allergies, and both the meal and service were lovely. They also let us gather before heading to the cemetery in Aldershot, which gave us a break from driving. Thanks to all the staff. The location is lovely too.

After my mother's funeral last week, we had afternoon tea here. The food was amazing, and the staff were so kind and accommodating. Natasha Munro, the events manager, had guided me through everything beforehand with such kindness and professionalism, helping make the day what my family and I had hoped for. Thank you all so much.
