Six of us stayed on Saturday, 30 May, with the meal deal. The restaurant was almost empty, but our dining and evening experience was still disappointing. After a hot day, it was frustrating to find no drinks on tap, no beer, shandies or soda. I was even more annoyed when I tried to send feedback on WhatsApp and got a reply saying they weren't accepting “new” chats. I stay at Premier Inns regularly, and this is my first bad experience, which is lucky since they've made it impossible to complain.

I've been here once a month for seven months, and Pridence has been amazing each time. She's kind, welcoming and genuinely caring, and always makes my stays feel comfortable and special. Such a lovely person and a real credit to the hotel.

The rooms are clean, and the breakfast and restaurant area are nice. I wanted to mention how lovely and friendly the staff are. The receptionist and breakfast servers were extremely busy, but stayed calm, warm and welcoming. They make such a difference to the experience. Thank you :)

My partner and I stayed one night for a works do. The staff were smiley, chatty and really attentive. A big shout out to Pridemce on the night shift. She was mopping the floors after midnight with customer safety in mind, with all the super flu going around, and still greeted us with a huge smile. Thanks for a great stay! X

The rooms were clean, and the staff were great all round, especially the woman serving breakfast. It was self service, but she helped my children whenever she could, and they really enjoyed it. Having a child eat free with an adult meal is helpful when travelling as a family.
