We had plenty of room for us and the kids in the top two rooms, which connect through an adjoining door. The guesthouse owner was lovely and left milk in the fridge so we could make tea and coffee. It was clean, in a great location, and we’d stay again.

A lovely little hidden gem in Filey, just five minutes from the beach. It was beautifully furnished, clean and well stocked. Breakfast was continental only, with no cooked option, but that was fine for us. Thanks to James for accommodating us so late in the day. I’d highly recommend this accommodation.

James was helpful and made us feel welcome. We appreciated the little extras, including complimentary toiletries, fresh milk in the room fridge, and breakfast supplies we could help ourselves to and take back to our room. There were cereals, fruit, yoghurts and fresh orange. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with a nice breakfast. It’s close to shops, the beach and restaurants, and also near Glen Gardens, where we love sitting and looking out to sea.

Our daughter treated us to a mini break here, and James made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The room was tastefully decorated and spotless, the en suite was perfect, and the bed was very comfortable. We slept really well. There was a great breakfast selection, and the rooms were serviced daily. The beach and plenty of places to eat are within easy reach. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your lovely house.
