Jeremy made us feel at home and very welcome. We had another lovely stay at seaview, our second time there. The room was clean, with nice extra touches, and the huge cooked breakfast was delicious. I’d highly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely weekend at this superb hotel. It was clean and comfortable, the hosts and all the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. Kevin and Stuart cooked it, while Diane and the 3 young ladies gave first class service. Thank you.

After walking the Yorkshire way, the room had everything we needed. It and the bathroom were small, but the space was used well. The bed was comfy, breakfast fantastic, and the owner friendly and helpful.

The breakfast room had a lovely Mediterranean feel, and the homemade jams were a nice extra. Jeremy and Jayne had added lots of thoughtful touches to the room, too. My friend and I were a bit worn out after walking the coastal path, and Jeremy gave us such a warm welcome. Would highly recommend. Deb, Bucks

We last came to Filey 35 years ago and can't believe what we'd been missing. We'll be back as often as we can. We stayed on Sunday 30th August 2020, and Jeremy, the owner, was lovely and full of local knowledge. The room was beautifully presented and exceptionally clean, the bed was so comfortable, and the fresh linen was lovely. We felt completely safe regarding covid. Parking right outside meant we could leave the car there all weekend with no restrictions. The next morning Jeremy cooked us a superb full English, with plenty of menu choices to suit everyone. We'd highly recommend this guest house in beautiful Edwardian Filey.
