Cabot Mews Apartment 6

The room had silverfish most days, sometimes two or three at once, so I ended up buying pest spray myself. There was also an unidentified substance coming from the kitchen tap, which meant I couldn't cook for more than a week, and I had to use a shower on another floor. The recycling area was regularly piled up with rubbish too. These problems never got properly sorted. I stayed for six months, and getting help was a struggle. They were quick to contact me when they needed payment or something from me, but when I reported an issue I often had to chase several times just to get a basic reply. After moving out, I sent a detailed email about the problems and how unfairly I felt I'd been treated. More than a month later, there still hadn't been even a simple apology or acknowledgment. I really didn't want to write such a harsh review, but the lack of response and the poor customer service left me feeling ignored and frustrated. I've lived in the UK for five years and stayed in lots of places, and this was by far my worst experience. It left me with a very negative impression of my time here. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this accommodation.
