Premier Inn Fleet

It's easy to drive straight past the hotel. The car park is at the back and costs only £3 overnight. The location is great and very quiet, and the rooms are clean and well kept. The lad who checked me in was top tier, quick and straightforward, and explained exactly where my room was.

I needed to be close to the station, and this hotel was just a four-minute walk away. The room was tidy and I slept well. The food was good and came quickly. I had the cheese and bacon burger, which was delicious. Thanks to all the staff and manager Jack for making my stay great!

We've stayed here a few times and have always found it welcoming and clean. The staff are fantastic, especially Loki, who greeted us and was as helpful as could be. It's a great location for the station, with an easy train ride to Waterloo. Thanks again, Loki, for always taking such excellent care of guests. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone.

After staying at the Premier Inn Fleet several times over the past five years for work and because of the railway station, I noticed it was starting to look shabby and old fashioned. There was a stale smell in the corridors and bedrooms. On my latest stay, the bathroom floor was so dirty that my socks stuck to it on checkout morning. I wiped it with a damp cloth and it came away filthy. I reported it to reception, and they offered me a shower in another room, but by then I just wanted to leave. The carpet hadn't been hoovered properly either, and the bedsheets had old stains, though the bed itself was comfortable. When I looked at booking for June, the price was £180 a night, which I didn't think was worth it. I stayed at the Holiday Inn this week instead and found it much better: cleaner, more modern rooms, more comfortable beds, a clean bathroom floor, and a lower price.
