The staff at Mandalay hotel made a strong impression on me. Everyone was welcoming and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping customers and being there. Linda and the restaurant team were excellent at breakfast on 08/03. My room was very clean and well stocked. One small issue: because the hotel may be in an old refurbished building, you can sometimes hear the plumbing at night. I’m not sure how that could be avoided, so I’ll wear loops next time. I’ll definitely come back!

We arrived with our baby and were given a lovely upgraded room, which made things much easier with our little one. The rooms are lovely, and we felt very well looked after by the amazing staff. Yudis and Linda were fabulous.

I stayed overnight after attending a conference yesterday, and it’s easy to see why this is a popular venue for events. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, and the single room was just right for me. Breakfast was delicious, with a huge range to choose from, including lovely decaf coffee from the Nespresso machine. The conference food was great throughout the day too. And I agree that Scarlet at reception is a great ambassador for the Hotel.

We had a wonderful afternoon tea with free flowing prosecco. The space was great, and both the food and the selection were perfect. Nuno was a friendly, attentive waiter who kept our glasses topped up when needed. It felt like very good value. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a lovely buffet and a real effort to cater for gluten free diets, including extras like GF cereals. We had a great stay at The Mandolay with the family. The location is great and the rooms are comfortable, and everyone was welcoming and friendly. Scarlett showed us to our room and helped us find our way around. Liv was a fantastic host in the restaurant on our first evening, and Nuno was a delight at breakfast.
