The hosts took us in at very short notice over Easter weekend and were lovely. The rooms were super comfortable, and the home-cooked breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend as a road trip stopover or for a relaxing weekend away.

Anne and her husband took us in at 10pm and were incredibly accommodating. The rooms were so comfortable, and the bathroom looked modern. I’d come back just for the breakfast. They treated us like their own children. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Anne gave us such a warm welcome. The room was spotless and very, very comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and clean. Breakfast had a good range: cereal, fruit, yoghurts, toast, and a full English. What more could you want?

We were four people walking the Offas Dyke path, and had a great stay with Anne. She went above and beyond to help us, and we really enjoyed our time there.

I love this little nook. It’s also really cute to catch a glimpse or hear the little chicken now and then. Anne is kind and friendly, and the place was spotless. They’d even left a modest supply of tea, fresh milk, sugar, and biscuits. Maybe there was coffee too, but I didn’t check.
