Malswick Mill

The host was fabulous, and the room was clean and lovely. It’s a fantastic, secluded spot with a great breakfast, while both Gloucester and Hartpury University are within easy reach.

I found a room here at the last minute and had a lovely stay. The host was great, and breakfast was a filling buffet in the breakfast room, looking out over the pond. The rooms were comfortable, with tastefully done decor and comfortable beds. I’d highly recommend this B&B.

The owner was very pleasant, and the breakfast provided was ample. We only stayed one night, and being on the level suited me well with my walking issues. The place felt very clean, which was essential at the time. We’d use it again and recommend it to others. If an evening meal had been available, I’d have given it five stars. It was simple and easy, just what we wanted. Thank you.

The friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere made for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. I’d read some of the earlier reviews and was a little sceptical, but the rooms were clean and had clearly been decorated recently. They’re a bit “bijou”, as someone else put it, though perfectly ample for a couple of nights or days. Worth the money and the visit.
