The remote check-in went smoothly, and communication was really good from booking through checkout. We booked a room without breakfast, but were able to buy it, and it was very good. The location was perfect, just a short walk from local amenities. Our room was fantastic, especially the bathroom and great shower. Can't wait to come back.

We stayed in September 2025. The twin beds were comfortable and the location was great, but the bathroom was the real treat. The towel rack had adjustable heat, the sink was new and large, and the shower had four spray settings. Heaven!

For just over £100, we got a lovely room and the best shower ever. Alastair was an absolute gent, happy to let us check in early and help with any questions. Breakfast was lovely too. I’d give this place six stars!

Parking on site was plentiful, which made things easy, and it was a real plus that the property welcomes dogs. My double room was clean and lovely, with an excellent ensuite bathroom and an especially great shower. The host was very friendly and chatty at breakfast. I did find the price high, though, given a few issues. The TV signal kept flickering, and noise carried through the building. I could clearly hear people walking, talking and banging doors, which made it harder to relax and feel private. As a vegan, I was disappointed by the very limited breakfast choices. A little more attention to dietary needs would help. It’s welcoming and clean, with some great features, but those drawbacks stopped it feeling fully worth the cost.

We found this to be excellent value. The room was modern, spotless and beautifully decorated, with plenty of space in both the bedroom and bathroom. It had a four-poster bed and jacuzzi bath. There’s ample parking on site, and the centre of Fort Augustus is an easy walk away.
