Black Sheep Bunkhouse

I was a little unsure about the term bunk house, but this place was perfect. It's five minutes on foot from Fort William high Street, with comfortable, super clean rooms and everything new and well maintained. There are three rooms and parking for three cars. The kitchen is so well equipped and clean I almost felt guilty using it. There's also a drying room for wet gear after a day on the fell. The owner was super friendly and offered to help with our bags. We had two twin rooms at the front, with amazing views to wake up to.

After a long West Highland way hike, we slept extremely well in the soft beds and sheets, and woke to an amazing view. The facilities looked very new, fresh and clean, and the shared kitchen was exceptionally tidy. Guests can use the garden, where there's a picknick table. We felt very welcome. Thank you.

Sam was an excellent host, always communicating and making us feel welcome. We had individual rooms with attached bathrooms, and the small kitchen was sufficient. The view was amazing, and it's an excellent place to spend a few days at Fort Williams. Can't ask for more.

The shared kitchen was really useful, and with the sunshine we ate out on the terrace. There’s a drying room too, which would’ve come in handy in wetter weather. We stayed in Nessy and Lochy. Nessy had a lovely view, while Lochy didn’t, but it did have a great shower and bathroom. Both rooms were simply decorated, nice and exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed our time at Black Sheep Bunkhouse, and it’s about a 10 minute walk to the town centre.
