The hearty breakfast was excellent, and the traditional old English style made for very nice accommodation. It's a little expensive, though the prime location helps explain the price. I still think it could be a bit lower.

Dora went out of her way to make our stay special, and the grounds were lovely, with flowers and hedges kept in great shape. Our room was very nice and had a great view. Breakfast was really good too, with enough to make sure you won't leave hungry. A wonderful B&B. Stay at least two nights! Thank you, thank you, Dora!

We felt really pampered at Myrtle Banks Guesthouse in Fort William. Our beautiful room was inside a manor house, and the guesthouse had a view over the loch. Breakfast was outstanding, starting with hot porridge with honey and cinnamon, then a choice of hot breakfast or fruit, yoghurt and cheese. Strongly recommend! We also ate at the Garrison West restaurant, where the fish and chips and cullen skink were the best.

The Highland views were stunning, and the location was fantastic. It was a peaceful, comfortable stay, with friendly, attentive service that made us feel at home. The food was excellent, especially the hearty breakfast. Myrtle Bank Hotel is a charming place to get away to.

I needed somewhere to stay at the last minute, and the staff were accommodating as soon as I arrived. The room was comfortable and the location beautiful. I'd definitely stay again.
