Sutherland Mini Apartments

Ross and Michelle made us breakfast and shared all the information we needed about town. This is a brilliant wee place, a hidden gem in the highlands. The location is great, within walking distance of Fort William, its bars, and restaurants. My partner and I have booked this guesthouse twice and have never been disappointed. The rooms are very comfortable and come with a fridge, water kettle, and TV. The bathroom has a shower, and everything is clean and fresh. Would definitely go back. Allan, Ayr

We booked in a hurry and weren't sure what we'd find, but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was warm, tidy, and nice, with really comfy beds. The owners were lovely and communication was great. Honestly, more than we expected. Definitely more than 100% recommended! We'll come back for sure. xx

A real hidden gem, with a spacious, clean room and everything you need. They provide homemade bread along with cereals, jams, and butter, plus coffee, tea, sugar, and milk. The shower is really powerful. I'd stay here again.

The owners were lovely, helpful, and very accommodating, and we'd definitely come back sometime. The place was modern, tidy, and very clean, with what you need for a place to sleep. But it was very small. It felt less like the mini apartment described and more like a landing at the top of the stairs, with the bed right under the window and the toilet at the other end. Even though there are only two of us, we'd need the family room for more space next time.
