Trethewey Guest House is ideally placed in a peaceful spot just outside Fowey town centre, with a beautiful wooded path close by leading straight to the seafront. Bob's full English breakfast was just that, full, and very tasty. My room was spacious, comfortable, spotless and had a lovely en suite shower. The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated, and Bob and Maria made me feel so welcome. I understand this is a new venture for them, but everything was superb. There was simply nothing to fault. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely visit again.

My wife really enjoyed the excellent full English breakfast. I helped myself to as much cereal as I wanted and made four pieces of lovely toast. Bob and his son Joe were so welcoming, gave us lots of information about places to visit and how to get there, and even provided a map. Everything was spotless and comfortable, with all the facilities you need in your room. It felt relaxed and homely. We'd definitely visit again and recommend it to anyone.

It’s quiet at night, but town is still just a short walk away, which made the location great. We had a lovely stay: the rooms were cosy, comfortable and tidy, and Robert was a warm, helpful host who made a delicious breakfast with lots of choice. We loved it here.

We spent three nights here and would happily come back. Robert and Maria were lovely, and they were perfectly happy to accommodate my dietary requirements. The clean rooms felt like home, and breakfast was excellent, especially the black pudding. A great place to stay when visiting Fowey or the surrounding area.

Bob was full of helpful tips about places to visit, and the breakfasts were fantastic. We felt completely at home in the comfortable rooms, and Bob and Joe made us feel so welcome throughout our break. Nothing was too much trouble. My partner and I had an amazing time and will definitely be back. Thanks again, Bob and Joe!
