Rockstone Cottage

What I’ll remember most is how attentive Mia and Lee were. Their knowledge of the Isle of Wight, its restaurants and places to visit was really helpful on our first trip, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay. Rockstone Cottage Guesthouse is beautiful, calm and welcoming throughout. Our room was warm, cosy, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We wholeheartedly recommend it and hope to come back.

The local tips from Lee and Mair made exploring the island even better, and the breakfasts and accommodation were amazing. Their cottage is immaculate and beautifully styled, in a fantastic spot just a short walk from the beach. Lee and Mair were such warm, friendly hosts. We couldn’t have asked for more, and would rate the stay even higher if we could. Thank you for making it so lovely!

Breakfast was a highlight, made fresh to order from the forms we filled in the night before. Everything was delicious, and the sausages were the best I’ve ever had. We came as eight and felt like we were staying with friends, with the attention to detail of a luxury place. Every room was thoughtfully designed, spotless and beautiful. I even tried to find something wrong and couldn’t. Mair and Lee welcomed us like old friends and went out of their way to make us comfortable. They clearly love hosting and even thanked us for letting them do it. They’re the loveliest couple and the reason we’ll return. This is more than a trip, it’s an experience we’d happily repeat. The location is superb, near the sea and within walking distance of several excellent restaurants. Lee and Maia have made a lovely B and B, with light, tastefully decorated rooms and all the basics you might want, including tea, coffee and fresh milk. Breakfast is generous, home cooked and made with quality ingredients. Stylish and comfortable, highly recommended.
