This little chalet is only a stone’s throw from the beach and has everything needed for a break. It was clean and comfortable, with a thoughtful welcome basket. The beds were very comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cater for ourselves. There’s also a large flat screen TV that lets you log into your own Netflix account. We visited out of season, when the shop wasn’t officially open or fully stocked, but the lovely gentleman there still let me buy a few small items.

We had a brilliant stay in a perfect spot for exploring the island. The place was clean, modern and had everything you could need. The beds were really comfortable, and the free WiFi and smart TV were a huge bonus. We’d happily recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed.

We’ve returned to this spot and had another great stay. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and refurbished to a good standard, in one of our favourite parts of the island. The beach is sandy, fairly quiet and flat, which makes it child friendly. At low tide, the rockpools keep adults and children interested, catching devil crabs with lines and bacon. There’s a nice coastline for jogging and the rest of the island is within reach. The owners leave a very helpful food starter pack. Thanks for a great stay, lovely sunsets and views of the Needles. Five stars from us, and we’ll be back again.

The chalet was immaculate and had absolutely everything for a self catering holiday, so there was no need to bring anything. There were complimentary treats waiting for us too. The views across the Solent towards Lymington are stunning.

The hosts made us feel really welcome, and the chalet was spotless and so close to the beach. I’d happily recommend it to anyone.
