Shocking service. We booked a room for an older man with very poor mobility and called to ask if staff could help him get his bags from the taxi. Because the road outside was closed, the taxi was dropping him just around the corner, only a few feet from the door. Reception refused to help with his luggage even after we explained how ill he was. Horrifying.

The staff didn’t welcome anyone, and their racist behavior was shocking. It made an already hostile atmosphere even worse, and it was hard to relax with such unwelcoming service. The rooms were filthy, with dirt and grime everywhere, and it was clear they hadn’t been properly cleaned. I also found bugs under the carpets. The lack of hygiene made the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. I’d strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay away.

Please choose somewhere safe and clean. I stayed one night, woke to insects crawling on my body in bed, and then developed a rash and itching. I reported what happened, and they told me my room was ready after cleaning, but it hadn’t been cleaned. My belongings were infested, so I took what remained and threw everything in the trash. I went to the hospital emergency room that same day and was unfortunately poisoned. The rooms were very dirty and smelly, with dust everywhere. The bathroom was terrible, and the carpets were full of insects. Breakfast was awful, and children were making noise in the corridor at night. I regret reading the comments and staying here. It was the worst time of my life. Places like this need to be inspected or closed.

We were stuck staying here for four months because we had no choice, and it was a nightmare. The staff were awful and ignored us when we needed help, with a very few exceptions. At the start of our stay, when we were under extreme distress, the manager welcomed us terribly. The room they gave us was tiny. The covers were dirty, there were insects, and we had rashes and itching. I bet it was the products they use to wash the clothes and bed sheets. There was hair on the breakfast, too. The staff had no professionalism and seemed so clueless that I was shocked. Please reconsider your services and behavior. This is ridiculous nonsense. I’d give the hotel minus one star if I could. Disgusting!
