Being right by Kelvingrove Park was lovely, and there were plenty of sites within easy reach. For a West End stay, having street parking and park and ride nearby made things fairly easy with the car. We had a self-catering studio. It was spacious, clean and well kept, with comfortable beds and furniture and some basic kitchen gear, all suited our needs. I would have preferred a handheld shower instead of just the rain shower, and the TV remote was missing, but otherwise it was great.

Staff were friendly, upbeat and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious, with what we needed for a short visit. It's basic, but good value, and the West End location meant we could walk to everything.

Quiet, safe and comfortable, and I'd stay here again. The rooms are a little dated, but they were clean and the customer service was exceptional.

After the booking was confirmed and paid for, management asked for another £300 deposit for possible damage before giving the client a room. That left them frustrated and feeling undervalued. They were then refused a refund, assigned a room, and left dealing with significant inconvenience. I'd strongly advise future guests to check for extra charges and other terms before booking.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. It's a quiet, handy spot by the Kelvin river, and very close to the subway into the town centre.
