Angels Hotel

I had lunch here on my own. The food was very good and came out quickly, and the staff were nice and easy to find if I needed anything. The berry smoothie was amazing, I’d recommend it. I also had a delicious sundae without squirty cream, served with a really interesting spoon. It was a pretty good visit. I’ll probably come back for the food, but I’ll definitely be back for that smoothie.

Paris really made our day. She was warm and welcoming, attentive all the way through, and made sure we were well looked after without making anything feel like a bother. She’s a real credit to the restaurant. Thank you, Paris!

It’s nice to see people in their 20s and 80s mixing in the bar. That says a lot about Angels and its family-focused feel. My parents and kids always feel welcome, and there’s food to suit all ages and tastes. The staff are friendly and attentive. Well done, Angels x

We came back to Angels on Sunday with family visiting from South Africa for lunch, and the Sunday roasts were amazing. My family are usually quite particular, but they couldn’t stop praising the food. It was lovely to take them somewhere local that delivered on both atmosphere and quality. We’d also had a family stay at Angels Hotel in Uddingston. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and were always ready to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable for a family break. Dinner had plenty of choice for adults and kids, and breakfast the next morning kept everyone happy. Both visits were special, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend it for families or anyone after good food and warm hospitality.
