I chose the Crookston Hotel because I needed somewhere local to stay overnight before an early visit to The Ross Hall Hospital, which is only a short walk away. I had a lovely warm room with an ensuite and a very peaceful night. The staff were kind and helpful, and I’d highly recommend the hotel. I didn’t have time for breakfast, but the room where it’s served looked very welcoming.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms gorgeous. The staff were lovely, and one of them even found me something for breakfast beyond toast since I'm a fussy eater. My husband really enjoyed his Scottish breakfast. I'd stay again when I'm visiting family.

The food was delicious, the staff couldn't have been more attentive, and they were super welcoming to dogs. Absolutely loved our stay.

We had a lovely meal, though it was busy and pretty noisy, probably with Christmas getting close. My only issue is the service charge now being added to food and drinks. I personally don't agree with that.

We had a wedding celebration here, and everything was organised perfectly, which made it feel extra special. The staff were warm, professional and attentive. The food was full of flavour and beautifully presented, and the dessert was an exquisite finish. I'd happily recommend the place for a meal or a special event.
