Erin, Calvin and Leo G at the front desk were so helpful, friendly and professional, and really added to our family trip to Scotland. The other team members we met were great too, though I feel bad that I didn't get some of their names. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and looked after. We had three rooms, which they thoughtfully put together, including connecting rooms that made travelling as a family so much easier. Hotel Indigo Glasgow is right in the city centre. The hotel was immaculate, and the rooms were comfortable and beautifully maintained. The bar has a cool atmosphere, and the breakfast buffet each morning was lovely, with great service and quality food. It was roughly 14£ and worth it. This was one of our best hotel stays, and we'd happily return to Glasgow. Highly recommend!

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left. We had a great time and will certainly come again. Our two nights were in room 517 on 2nd and 3rd January. The room was fabulous and big compared with some we've stayed in, with a super comfortable bed and terrific shower and bathroom. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of cereal, fruit, yogurts, cheeses, meats, smoked salmon, breads and pastries. There was a big choice of freshly cooked hot breakfast too, and you could even make your own pancakes. Juice and hot drinks were unlimited, with paper cups available if you wanted to take one to go.

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help, and breakfast was lovely. In the city centre, this is a lovely hotel. The rooms were excellent, spotless, stylish and comfortable. We'll visit again. Thank you to the team.

It's a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city centre, and the staff were friendly. But those pillows were terrible. If you like a firm pillow, this place isn't for you. I had to pile all four together just to try to make one decent pillow. You'd think hotels would know a good pillow can make or break a night's sleep.

Rooms are a good size and comfortable, with a great walk-in shower. Breakfast was very good, though be warned, the Full Scottish breakfast is big. It's very central, near Central Station and on the Airbus 500 route, and the staff were efficient and great.
