My partner and I stayed for Valentine's Day, and I loved the room. It was clean and spacious, with an iron, hairdryer, kettle, tea, coffee, and a working TV. The lit mirrors in the bathroom made it feel cosy and romantic, and the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. Reception staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast the next day had plenty to choose from: all-day breakfast, fruit and yoghurt, toast, cereal, and more. I was impressed by all the tea and coffee options, and the canteen staff were lovely too. The only downside was having to leave. This is a clean, safe, comfortable place to stay. Thanks, Novotel, I'll be back.

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Sachin in the bar was especially warm and suggested places to visit, including the kelvingrove museum for the organ concert. A light bulb was out, and the red-haired woman, sorry, I can't remember her name, was welcoming too. She suggested cafe antipasti and even asked how my day was when we ran into each other later. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

We stayed for a week while doing a placement at Glasgow Dental Hospital. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Each morning we had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, where there was lots of choice and everything tasted good. We ate there most evenings too, and the service was excellent. Sachin looked after us each night, always welcoming and attentive, and made the stay even better. The cocktails were freshly made to order and fantastic, and the bar staff were lovely and made for a friendly atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

We had a warm, helpful welcome for the weekend, and the staff stayed polite and helped us feel relaxed. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, sofa, large desk, and good amenities. Having a fridge in the room was great. Breakfast and a drink at the bar were both enjoyable. The Wi-Fi signal wasn't great, and our separate toilet was very compact.

The room suited our family of four, and the kids had toys to play with in a small reception area, giving mum and dad a bit of time to relax. Staff were friendly, and the location was great. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was good. The only room downside was the separate toilet, which could use a bit of a makeover.
