The staff were so welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. Karen 1, Karen 2 and Kirsty really stood out 🥰. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed, and the bed was very comfortable. What a great place to stay.

Staff were amazing and the food was really good. I could adjust the heating, and the room was quiet with a super comfy bed. A great place to relax before setting off on the West Highland Way. Perfect 👌👍👍👍

The staff were nice, but I thought the hotel was a grubby pile of garbage. From outside it looked like a haunted house. The walls are thin, so it wasn't quiet. They promise a “good night guaranteed”, but it didn't feel quiet at all. Breakfast is usually one of the best things about a hotel, but the chef was ill and there was no replacement. I'll never stay again, at any Premier Inn.

The location was convenient, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. But I wouldn't recommend it: the room was very dirty and smelled awful. A bad drain smell came through even with the window open and the bathroom door shut. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable too.

A good-value place to stay, especially if you’re setting off on the West Highland Way. The room was clean and well prepared, and the staff were lovely and friendly. I’d definitely recommend it.
