The Trossachs Collection

We’ve stayed in all sorts of places around the UK, but the Trossachs Collection really stood out. The owners were lovely and accommodating, and the cabin was perfectly cosy in a stunning setting. They’re setting a very high standard for air BnB’s, and I can’t recommend staying here enough.

The River Cabin made for such an amazing weekend, and we’d happily recommend it. It’s a luxurious place with thoughtful touches, from the log burner to the ceiling window where you can stargaze from bed. Everything you need is there, and the location is ideal for visiting the wonderful sights of the Trossachs and beyond. Thanks for a fabulous weekend, we’ll absolutely be back!

The River Cabin was just like the photos, and we really enjoyed our two-night stay. It’s quiet and nicely secluded, with a view into the forrest. The host had left Prosecco, crisps and milk, which was a lovely touch. I’d definitely recommend it. A couple of things I hadn’t realised, though neither was a big issue for us: I couldn’t get WiFi in the cabin, so we downloaded movies on Netflix when we went out for dinner. There are no blinds or curtains on the back door or roof window, so light comes in from around 4am.

We had a lovely stay in the Workshop. It’s a great space for three or four people, with everything provided for a self-catering getaway. The log burner was great too. The hosts left Prosecco and snacks for us, which made arriving even nicer.
