Strath Lodge Glencoe

Dawn and Lawrence really went out of their way to make our stay special. The spacious room was clean, and the super-king bed was the biggest and most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was delicious and homemade each morning. The location is lovely, with the best hikes no more than a ten-minute drive away and the Pap of Glencoe trail just a short walk away. I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed two nights in April, and it was peaceful and comfortable in a country setting. The rooms were immaculate and well equipped, the shower and beds were good, and breakfast was high quality. Try the porridge, it’s the best in Glen Coe ;). I’ve included a picture, and the flowers all around were just coming into bloom.

We’re very grateful to Dawn and Laurence for looking after us so kindly when we had some serious car trouble during our stay. They were incredibly helpful throughout. Our room was spacious, carefully decorated and spotless, and breakfast was delicious. The location is beautiful too. We really hope we can return to Strath Lodge.

We spent a few days here during our October elopement in Scotland, and it was just right. Dawn and her family were responsive, kind and helpful at every turn. The lodge and grounds are stunning, and our room was spacious, comfortable and lovely. Breakfast was wonderful each day, and Anna gave us great tips for nearby places to eat, hikes and other activities. This is a special place, and we’re already planning to come back.
