The room had a great modern design, and the location worked well, right by the station and a local Tesco. Breakfast was basically a full English, with some pastries and cereal too. The call centre didn't help with my concerns, but the hotel staff themselves were very helpful.

I haven't stayed here yet, but I visited and the staff were welcoming. Orla gave us a tour of the very smart, spotless public areas, including the spectacular rooftop cocktail bar, even though it wasn't open then. The views across the City are amazing, and it's a nice place to relax with a hot or alcoholic drink. Seems ideal for meeting after 3pm.
