It was a perfect stay, with an excellent room in a very homely place and an amazing location. ros & keith were really friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. The rates were good too. I highly recommend the waters edge.

There’s plenty to explore nearby, and the views are lovely. Our room was amazing and felt like a home away from home. We were well looked after, and I’d recommend staying here.

The breakfast hamper was a lovely touch and set us up for the day. Ros and keith welcomed us warmly, then gave us space to relax over the weekend. The room had everything we needed and the facilities were great. We came here to unwind and enjoyed the views. We’d highly recommend a stay, and we’ll definitely be back. Paul and Sally

You can catch a bus to Gosport every 40 minutes, then take the ferry to Portsmouth, though you'll need a car to get here otherwise. Marine Parade East is a fairly busy road for much of the day, so traffic noise is noticeable. The rooms are now rented out without B&B, but they're comfortable and well serviced by friendly hosts. The house is right on the seafront with great views across the Spithead and Solent.
