We'd visited once before, and would highly recommend coming here. John, the proprietor, greeted us warmly and showed us to our room. The rooms are beautiful, and the whole house is very, very nice. Our shower room had a toilet and wash basin, large fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. There was also a welcome tray with plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. Breakfast was perfect, and the stay was well worth it.

A very friendly owner, a clean and comfortable room, and an excellent breakfast made for a lovely stay. There was plenty of parking too. It's about a 20-minute stroll to the town centre, where there are several good pubs, though the best one is just around the corner.

The host was friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was excellent. There's plenty of car parking and it's a short walk to town. The Victorian-style decor throughout Park Lodge is beautiful, and my room was large, cosy and comfortable. Everything seemed thoughtfully arranged so I felt welcome without being intruded upon. As a woman travelling alone, I felt very relaxed. It was perfect. Can't recommend it too highly. Thanks, see you again!

Breakfast was lovely, beautifully laid out even though I was the only one eating that day. It was also the first time on my trip I could have sausages, with several vegetarian options available too. The hosts were friendly and happy to share their local knowledge, and the WiFi was fantastic. The rooms were very reasonably priced. The house is meticulously decorated and feels warm and homely. Little touches in the lovely bedroom, like jars of sweets, hand-quilted throws and a wide choice of teas, made the stay really comfortable. If you're looking for somewhere in Grantham, you can't go wrong with Park Lodge Guest House.

We spent the night here with my wife. The rooms were decorated to a very high standard, and the service was friendly and great. Breakfast was first class and set us up well for the day. This will definitely be the first place I look at next time I'm near Grantham.
