Premier Inn Ipswich Town Centre - Quayside

We had another great weekend here. We stay fairly often and love how friendly everyone is. My husband mentioned my back and knee pain when asking for extra pillows, and when I arrived later, housekeeping had left five pillows just for me. They always try to help when we stay. The restaurant team looked after us beautifully too. Annabelle, Jack and Haydon served us a lovely meal and dessert. Annabelle makes time for everyone, and her infectious laugh can cheer anyone up. We've seen managers and staff come and go over the years, but the team here right now is awesome. The manager is the best I've met by far, with lots of ideas for improving things. I hope the team knows how much we appreciate them.

The rooms were spotless, though a little cold when we first got in. The location suited our plans, but the team is what made this Premier Inn stand out. I became unwell during our stay, and Belle went above and beyond to make sure I was cared for and had everything I needed. Lianne was warm and friendly at breakfast, which was delicious and set us up for the day.

I've stayed here a few times because it's perfectly placed for travelling to and from London. The staff are really friendly, and the room is clean with a very comfortable bed. The meal deal is worth every penny, and the dessert is irresistible. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous two-night stay and everything was great. All the staff were lovely, especially Marnie & Taylor. Their kindness and friendly professionalism really made the difference.
