That black pudding waffle tower and smash burger were both absolutely delicious, and they came out quickly. We got there before our 7pm booking for a drink, and the staff kindly took us to our table early. The restaurant was quiet then, though it got louder after 7 and still had a really nice atmosphere. We'd had a lovely meal at the Highland Drove. It's dog friendly, but this was our first dog-free night in months. The tonic and soda selection is amazing, and they serve Hawkstone beer too. Not seeing the menu in advance can be a little frustrating. Still, I like that they change it up so much, using local ingredients and building the menu around what's available. Would absolutely recommend, and we'll definitely be back.

A cosy, welcoming pub, and really good with our various children. The menu is a sensible size, and the food was great. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

The salmon was quite possibly the best I've ever eaten! The staff were lovely and made my partner's birthday feel special. A wonderful experience, I'd recommend it 100%.

We stayed nearby and felt welcome like regulars from our very first visit. The food was excellent, and the staff were amazing. Such a lovely place, we'll absolutely be back to see them.

The couple who own and run the place are so warm and welcoming. They have an incredible selection of drinks, but make sure you eat there too. Divine doesn't even do the food justice. Five stars all the way.
