The park itself is lovely, which makes it such a shame that the site manager is so awful, rude and completely unhelpful. I wouldn't come back with him there.

We've been holidaying in Norfolk for over ten years, and this outstanding site is where we start at Peacehaven, the chalet. Much of what makes it great is the owners who hire out their own chalets. There's a heated outdoor pool, and the beach is a ten-minute walk away. A chip shop, pub and local shops are nearby too. It's a great base for trips out, and Great Yarmouth is a short drive away.
The chalet park is nicely kept. I think it was so quiet because of the time of year. There's a nice, free heated outdoor swimming pool.
Cabin 28 is a great spot for a cosy family stay. I come here often because a family friend owns a chalet, and there are shops, a pool, a bakery and a restaurant all within a couple of minutes’ walk. Such a lovely place, highly recommend!
Tim is a real highlight here. He looks after the heated pool, keeps checking the pH and cleaning, and always takes time to chat with guests. He’s welcoming and friendly, and you can see how much pride he takes in the job. We look forward to seeing him again. The chalets themselves have lots of room for children to play, with a little park, shops, restaurants and bars right nearby. The pool is just for chalet guests, which is a lovely bonus.
