Breakfast was lovely this morning, freshly cooked with high-quality ingredients. There was also plenty of cereal, jam and fruit juice to choose from. Debbie and Arthur made me feel at ease straight away. They're welcoming and kind, and the room was clean, cosy and comfortable. I'd originally booked two nights for my first proper solo holiday, and I was a little anxious about staying in a B&B. After the first night I decided to extend it to three. The location is ideal, close to the seafront and within walking distance of the town centre and the busy seafront, but far enough away that the noise wasn't a problem. I'd recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable stay in Great Yarmouth.

We slept really well here. The location is quiet, breakfast was lovely, and the couple who run it are so kind and helpful. Would happily stay again, highly recommend.
