We had everything we needed on the park, so we never even went into Yarmouth. The swimming facilities were the best I’ve seen in the UK, and the lifeguards looked ready to act if needed. Evening entertainment was great, and the panto I watched that afternoon was better than one I’d previously paid about 200 pounds for my family of 5 to see. Staff were engaging with the children. The only thing I’d change is having restaurant food delivered to the entertainment venue. On a Sunday evening Papa John's is the only option, and I’m trying to get some veg into my children. I turn 40 this year and hope they have space that week. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

We had a fabulous long weekend at Seashores. Our clean caravan had a dishwasher, though we didn’t use it. Our two-year-old loved the swimming pool and slides, and the entertainment was great. One night we had a takeaway and another we ate at coast, which was nice. The beach was easy to reach and lovely and clean, and staff acknowledged us as we walked around. Everyone was friendly from the moment we arrived. We may not return to Norfolk because we like trying different parts of the country, but I’d definitely recommend Seashores.

We’ve spent a couple of weekends here in bronze caravans, and each one was spotlessly clean. The staff were a real credit to the site, from security and the bar team to entertainment and restaurant staff. Every person we dealt with was friendly and helpful, always smiling, which feels rare these days. The restaurant was reasonably priced and served good food. Having drinks brought to the table was a real help with young kids, and service was quick. The Christmas decorations were lovely, and we had a great weekend. The panto was brilliant too.

Our 6-year-old was so taken with the daytime and evening entertainment, especially the seaside squad, that she wanted to return every day and skipped the amusements because there was so much else to do. We visited for four nights, 3rd-7th November, well out of season, and it was pleasantly quiet while still offering plenty to do. The lovely caravan was beautifully clean, and the team did everything they could on arrival to make sure we were happy with it. With a 6-year-old and a 10-month-old, we found plenty on site: parks, indoor soft play, a water park, shop, cafe and restaurant. It’s right on the seafront and about a 35-minute walk to Yarmouth if you want to go out. We couldn’t fault the stay and will book again next year.

We’ve been coming to this Haven for around 6-7 years, and usually have an amazing time. The children love the entertainment, activities and swimming pool, and we’ve had lovely caravans. But this holiday was different. The oven in our otherwise nice caravan was nearly unusable: the dials couldn’t be read, it got so hot that neither door could be opened, there was only one tray and no oven gloves. After we raised it, the park did send two more trays, but seemed dismissive about the oven overheating. Our children didn’t get burned, but someone else’s could. I had to use bath towels to handle it. Then this evening, during the entertainment in the main marina bar, my little girl stood in human poo. We’re 99% sure which child did it and who the parents were. After we cleaned her up in the toilets, they were gone. We’d smelled it at their table earlier and saw them laughing, but didn’t put two and two together until after we’d cleaned her. Her shoes went in the bin, so she has none for the rest of the holiday. We told security. Poo was on the chairs, vending machine and carpet. Absolutely disgusting. I’m not sure we’ll come back after this trip. What a shame.
