Silverstone House

The hosts were lovely, welcoming and accommodating, so I’d book again. My room was clean, nice and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a little fridge I really appreciated. It was handy for me to get around Norfolk, with shops, the beach and bus station all close by.

We only needed somewhere to rest for the night while visiting Silverstone with my two children, and the room was just right. Quiet, warm, very clean and comfortable. I get nervous about new places and whether they’ll be clean or cook the food properly, but there was no need to worry. Breakfast was fantastic, the best fry-up I’ve had. The coffee was lovely, not cheap, and my son enjoyed the fry-up too. My daughter had a bacon sandwich packed with bacon, and they both liked the buffet choices. They offered to refill my orange juice without me asking when I’d finished. The host was polite and friendly. We parked right outside for free, and it was a five-minute walk to the seafront. Great spot for the seafront, arcades and shops. Definitely recommend, and we’d come back ourselves Xx

I was a bit wary of the low price and expected a run-down B&B, but it impressed me. The rooms were big, there was everything we needed for an overnight stay, and they cater for kids. We even had a sea view. Breakfast had loads of choice, and the full English set me up for the day. The seafront is pretty much on your doorstep. Highly recommend if you’re visiting.

A proper traditional guest house with a friendly welcome. The room was more than adequate, though the ensuite shower showed a few signs of age. Breakfast choices were included in the price, and I had possibly the hottest, freshest bacon and egg I’ve ever had. Parking on the road could be tricky in peak season, but it was fine in May.
