We had a great four-night stay, with the seafront and shops only a short walk away. The hosts gave us a friendly welcome, and our clean room had a sea view, comfy beds and everything we needed, including a mini fridge, TV, hairdryer, fan and tea and coffee facilities. We slept well every night. Breakfast was lovely, with full English and lighter choices. I had scrambled egg with salmon, and the mushroom omelette was really nice too. The host's banana cake was amazing as well. We're already looking forward to coming back next year.

The location is great for everything Great Yarmouth has to offer, and we keep coming back. We're returning for our third visit in March. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, especially the beds, and breakfast is delicious with plenty to eat. The hosts are kind, make wonderful cakes, and go the extra mile to meet your needs. They also do lots of work to bring Great Yarmouth up to date. Highly recommend staying here.

We left feeling well rested after three nights. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was hot with good pressure. Breakfast had a nice range of choices, and the hash browns were amazing. Alesha and Jason made us feel welcome. If they offer you Guinness cake, give it a try. It's amazing.

The owners are lovely and will do their best to help if you need anything. Our stay was great value, with a clean room, everything we needed and a lovely breakfast that included vegan and vegetarian options for my partner. We got a warm welcome throughout, and the manager was very smartly dressed and respectful. That's Pie the cat, by the way, and he's very cute. We'll book again for next year's seaside trip. Did I mention the cat? Go see him!

The room was comfy and clean, the hosts were welcoming, and breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. The manager even wears a tie 🐱. I'd definitely come back, and it's a must stay when visiting Yarmouth.
