The house is really nice and in a great location. The one downside was the Cliff hotel staff smoking area at the end of the drive. They weren’t very quiet, and hotel deliveries come through there every day. That’s not the house owners’ fault. It might be quieter in the cooler months when the windows are closed.

This place is magnificent, but I’d have given it five stars if the windows had curtains that blocked out the light. The blind isn’t enough, and even after 9 pm in summer, light still comes through. My 3yo couldn’t get to sleep easily, so we had to find a way to keep the outside light out.
