The shower really stood out, great pressure and easy to get the temperature right, which is hard to find in hotels these days. Our room was quiet, warm, dark and very comfortable. The food was superb, and the service was just as good. Breakfast was amazing too, with a menu to order from instead of the usual same-everywhere buffet. The staff were so friendly. It’s a cosy place that feels like coming home. Happy customer 🙏

Our Orchard Cabin was wonderfully peaceful, and the patio heater meant we could sit outside and look over the orchard whatever the Norfolk weather was doing. Loved the view from the bath, too. We also had a relaxing spell in the small Secret Garden Spa, with its indoor pool, thermal suite and outdoor hot tub, and even got some sunshine for the loungers. Samphire Kitchen was excellent. We had three courses and loved them all, especially those tiny little loaves of bread. Around the hotel, the colourful artwork and all the thoughtful details made it feel special. The staff were so helpful, and we would have stayed longer if we’d realised how much we’d enjoy it. A calm, luxurious break we’d happily recommend.

The restaurant team made the stay for us. They were so friendly and attentive, and even set us up in the library so Milo could come along. The food was perfect, too. We stayed two nights with my daughter and our dog, and our amazing room opened straight onto outdoor space, which was great for Milo. The bathroom was beautiful. After all the awful wet weather lately, the relaxing spa was a real treat. We could happily have moved in, and hope to visit again soon. Thank you.

All the breakfast and dinner we had was delicious. The chefs clearly know their stuff, and every staff member was welcoming, friendly and accommodating. They even offered to post the water bottle I’d left behind. We came to Congham Hall Hotel & Spa for three days of downtime and had a lovely, relaxing break. The room was very comfortable and service was brilliant. One small gripe: the wardrobe and bathroom doors sit so close that they clang together when both are open. The spa was lush, with a shallow pool, steam room, sauna, outdoor hot tub and fun experience showers. If you want somewhere luxurious where you can mostly take it easy, this could be right up your street.

Kerry was the highlight of our one-night spa break. I usually get really anxious about body treatments, but her warm, professional manner put me at ease, and for the first time I felt completely comfortable. The Five Element Body Experience was exceptional, high quality and left me calm, deeply relaxed and thoroughly pampered. My sister and I had a lovely short escape in a beautiful setting, just right for us busy mums. The food was excellent, thoughtfully put together and beautifully presented, and we both enjoyed it. Staff were welcoming and attentive without hovering, and service stayed warm and professional throughout. We left feeling refreshed and very well looked after. I’d readily recommend Congham Hall for a relaxing, high-quality spa break.
