We keep returning, and this is our third consecutive year staying here for three nights. Emma on reception is brilliant and so helpful, with exceptional customer service that makes us feel at home. Jayne is a credit to the hospitality team. She’s professional, gives us 100% service every time, and has genuinely made our holiday better. We hope to see her again when we come back next year. The restaurant next door is fabulous, and both its team and the hotel staff are a credit to the company. It’s one of the best Premier Inns we’ve stayed in.

From the front of the hotel there’s a great view of the mountains. The location is handy, right by a pub and restaurant, close to the main roads and not far from Cwmbran town centre. Even though it’s near a fairly main road, we didn’t hear any road noise. Staff were friendly and helpful at check-in and throughout our stay. The room was extremely spacious and clean.

Emma was a legend, and the team were very helpful. When I arrived, it was clear my business hadn’t made my booking. Emma was patient and did her best to find it, and offered to get me a room or help book one if there was a problem with the original reservation. Once I got the booking sorted, I went back and she checked me in straight away. No fuss, very friendly, clean, and solid, just what you’d expect from a Premier Inn. She also suggested I’d get better free Wi-Fi at the Table Table over the road. They were very helpful too. A very good experience, thank you.

Jess went out of her way to help me and was especially helpful. The staff were all super friendly, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good too. Really nice stay. I’d definitely come again.
